Why "The Ohana Branch"?

At The Ohana Branch, we believe healing begins with belonging.

"Ohana" is a Hawaiian word meaning family, but to us it represents something even greater, a community where every person is welcomed, valued, and accepted exactly as they are.

The Ohana Branch was born from both my personal and professional journey. As a mother, I have experienced neurodiversity up close, and as a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and PhD Candidate, my research has deepened my understanding of how culture, identity, family, and mental health intersect. It has also shown me how stigma surrounding mental health continues to prevent many people from seeking the support they deserve.

I created The Ohana Branch to be a place where every individual, every family, every culture, and every journey is met with compassion rather than judgment.

Because healing doesn't happen through perfection.

It happens through connection.

That's what The Ohana Branch represents.

How We Can Grow Together?

Every journey is unique. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your relationship, your family, or your neurodivergent journey, therapy offers a safe place to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

Individual Therapy

Couples & Family Therapy

Life isn't meant to be navigated alone. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, stress, trauma, or major life transitions, individual therapy offers a compassionate space to understand yourself, build resilience, and move toward lasting healing.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Care

Relationships can be both beautiful and challenging. Together, we'll strengthen communication, navigate conflict, deepen understanding, and create healthier connections within your relationship or family.

Every mind experiences the world differently. I provide affirming support for autistic individuals, ADHDers, and other neurodivergent adults, while also helping parents better understand, advocate for, and celebrate their children's unique strengths.
