Complimentary Consultation (10 minutes)
Individual Psychotherapy (45 minutes = 1 therapeutic hr)
Couples Therapy (50 minutes)
A brief consultation to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether we're the right fit.

Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.
Missed Appointments
Appointments that are missed without notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to use the remaining scheduled time. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time, and the full session fee will still apply.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. All information shared during therapy is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is an immediate concern for safety. Confidentiality and its limits will be discussed before therapy begins.

Insurance
Many extended health benefit plans cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW). It is the client's responsibility to confirm their coverage, including coverage for virtual psychotherapy services, with their insurance provider before booking.
